I’m trying to devote my Sundays to cooking new recipes. I decided to make haemul pajeon, my favorite Korean comfort food. They are similar to scallion pancakes only with seafood and green onions.

They are so yummy and simple to make. You need flour and water to make the batter, then add a pinch of salt, green onions, green squash, and about a half cup of shrimp or mussels or whatever seafood you have on hand. Then you spoon the batter on a frying pan and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes each side.

For the sauce, I mix soy sauce, chopped green onion, minced garlic, and a drop of sesame oil.
